I've been going to Ebb and Flow for massages for years. Stephanie is absolutely the best! She always listens to what my problem areas are (my shoulders are insanely tight always), and works them out very thoroughly and consistently. She cares about how I am feeling. I would never want to go to anyone else. I HIGHLY recommend her. She is amazing!
I received a facial from Karissa this evening. It was beyond amazing! Shes made me feel comfortable and explained everything she was doing. I left feeling so relaxing and with glowing skin❤ I will be back! Im glad I found Ebb and Flow!

Went for my very first facial with Lynn this evening. What an amazing experience and I can't believe I hadn't done this sooner! Lynn was so knowledged in all the products and gave a lot of information on how to achieve the best results for my skin. What a lovely place right in the heart of Onset; had no idea this gem was there, definitely visit them!

I've had proffesional massages throughout my life. Never had I had a more relaxing and therapeutic massage as I had yesterday By Felicia. Not only is she a fantastic Massage therapist but I've also experienced her Professionalism in a physical Therapy capacity while recovering from a serious auto accident.
