Cathy was very warm and welcoming at my first visit for reflexology with her. I was struck by how focused, caring and slow she was while working on my feet. Het attentive presence, allowed me to become very deeply relaxed even to the point of lapsing into reverie. It was exactly what I needed to reset my nervous system. I recommend her wholeheartedly.
Wonderful reflexology session with Cathy at Ebb and Flow Reflexology! She was warm, attentive, and clearly skilled, checking in throughout while keeping the whole experience relaxing. Cathy puts her heart, soul and skill into every treatment! From the atmosphere she's created in her studio where she does the treatments to the details and skill of the treatment itself. Very much worth treating yourself!
