Ebb and Flow has assembled a team of massage therapists who are both highly skilled and genuinely caring. Jamie’s work has been especially helpful to me. Her massage techniques helped me relax and let go of stress during a difficult time. (Highly recommend!) I encourage folks to check out their new space on State Street, it has an incredibly calm and welcoming feel. I’m looking forward to trying their Red Light and Vibroacoustic Therapy soon!
Best massage I’ve ever had. Elle is an expert at using just the right amount of pressure and managed to release tension in areas I didn’t know I had. Definitely worth one hour of your time to do something nice for yourself! Highly recommend.
I highly recommend Ebb and Flow! I scheduled an incredible 90-minute massage! The essential oils were so soothing to the senses, the hot towels felt amazing, and the acupressure work was exactly what I needed. The whole atmosphere was relaxing, and the technique and pressure were spot-on. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and totally renewed. They have a few newer services I am going to try next time. I can’t wait to go back again!
