I immediately felt at ease upon entering the massage room. It had a very warm and welcoming vibe. I really enjoyed the massage Jamie gave me! She had just the right amount of pressure. I felt like she really got in there while making it relaxing at the same time. The massage table is state of the art and was super comfortable. I will definitely be going back. Thank you Jamie 🤩
I have had nothing but positive experiences here. Jamie is simply the best. My concerns and comfort are always given the highest priority & I always leave feeling relaxed & like I can function at my best (at least for a while! ;))I truly cannot recommend Ebb and Flow, especially Jamie, enough!

Two friends highly recommended Ebb and Flow, and Jamie. I had a wonderful experience. The spa is neat and clean and there's a sense of calm as soon as you walk in the front door. I had a 60 minute session with Jamie, most of it being Reflexology and a bit of Reiki at the end. Communication was great and my level of comfort was constantly taken into consideration.
