I had been trying other massage therapists around the area trying to find just that 1 special place. I now exclusively book with Jamie as she is so amazing. It is the best part of my day when I know I’m going to see her. I have a high stress career and after my hour and a half massage I leave with an absolutely cleared mind feeling like I’m in a new body. What great massage and experience!
The feel you get as you walk in the door is peaceful. So wonderful after a stressful day. I am struggling after knee replacement surgery with some serious side effects of edema, IT Band issues, and tight muscles so my rehab on the knee is not able to move forward. After one session with Kat I was able to bend my knee better and my edema went down. My PT recommends I continue this to help rehab my knee more effectively. Kat is professional and her massage was very effective. I will schedule more sessions.
Jamie created such an inviting, calming & welcoming space for acceptance & relaxation. She listened to my needs, checked in, adjusted when needed & introduced me to reflexology & reiki during my massage session too. I really appreciated her understanding, intuition & genuine care. I look forward to my next appointment.
I immediately felt at ease upon entering the massage room. It had a very warm and welcoming vibe. I really enjoyed the massage Jamie gave me! She had just the right amount of pressure. I felt like she really got in there while making it relaxing at the same time. The massage table is state of the art and was super comfortable. I will definitely be going back. Thank you Jamie 🤩
