I first had to go to Dr. Ebanks in 1997 when I needed my gallbladder removed & still use him today. He & his staff are very friendly, helpful, & professional. When I left a message about needing a pre-authorization on a medication with my new insurance, my call was quickly returned. The matter was taken care of within a couple of days.
