I lived here for a total of 6 months. Worst. 6 months. Ever. From start to finish. Moving in: When touring the complex and asking questions, all staff was very nice and helpful. We had three cars so we had to pay an additional $35 a month for covered parking (this becomes important later) Getting ahold of customer service was decently easy….but after we moved in that all changed. we were having a pretty consistent issue with our water heater, really couldnt figure it out. Luckily, Yordy came in and heard me out, took a look at everything, and agreed to replace it! came back the same day with a service team
Terrible services from both leasing office and maintenance. AC broke three days ago and every time it's looked at, it's never a clear answer or solution to resolve it. It seems like the only time you get any answers is to raise hell. Tried going to the front office and was told her lunch break was more important than an issue reported three days ago. Really have never had a worse experience with any other apartment. Just please get someone out here that knows what their freaking doing.
