Such a disappointment! From the beginning to the end. Super unorganized and subpar communication. Was yelled at by Eb for something that he felt he was helping me for, but their lack of clarity was actually causing more confusion. If you had better communication, the issue would have resolved itself. Would never recommend and have told others about this experience also. Avoid at all costs!
Amazing corporate lawyer. I recommend him for any legal need. He's very thorough, works quickly, cuts the jargon, and breaks everything down in understandable terms. Don't waste your time looking for another business lawyer.

I wouldn’t trust Eb as far as I could throw him. I’ll never, never work with him again. He screwed me and my clients but made a bundle for himself and other greedy lawyers. Make sure if you have to continue to work with this miscreant, that he writes down what you can expect from him. What they call deliverables. Hey Eb, go buy yourself another pair of fancy shoes.
