My doctor is excellent! She is attentive, knowledgeable, and supportive. However, the front desk seems unorganized and lacks the necessary social / people skills for the job. The receptionist seemed disengaged, waiting for me to initiate the greeting while remaining focused on the computer, which made the interaction feel awkward.
