This place has been really disappointing. It’s so hard to find a family doctor these days, and it feels like you're stuck with sub-par service. Appointments are consistently late—often by 30 minutes to an hour. The front desk staff tend to come across as unhelpful, rude and unfriendly in so many ways. They even tried to turn my fiancé away as a patient, despite our family doctor agreeing to take him on and noting it in the file. I have been a patient here for 2 years. Despite some growing pains I appreciate how I am treated here.
Big 0 do not bother to waste your time with this Rutland office. Unless you like being Charged for appointmenta that you don't make , like to sit for over an hr for appointments and you don't really want to find out what's wrong with you because they don't know what they are doing!!! Stay away
