I have been a patient of Dr. Ola for over a year, always arriving early or on time for appointments and rarely missing any. Despite my commitment, I have found his attitude to be dismissive and unprofessional. When I needed genuine care and understanding, I was met with poor communication and a lack of empathy. My experience here has been deeply disappointing, and I cannot recommend this clinic.
We went to the clinic on the day we booked, the door said it was open but there was no one there, and we called that day, no one answered, we waited for 30 minutes in front of the clinic, no one was there, it was a holiday that day and we didn't know if you were really open or not because it was too difficult to call you. They said our book is August 4, 2025, then that holiday and they charge us 50$ for rebooking for no show for that day, i think it's holiday. no email, no text and no notification to alert us. Most of the clinics I called were very hard to connect to, especially when trying to reach reception. But this clinic answered my calls quickly and efficiently—really impressed with how fast and helpful the team was. Well done!
Long time doctor retired and we were referred to this clinic. Thorough care. Very pleased.
