Yes, overnight parking is available! My appointment was Friday at 6:00 AM, but I arrived at 2:00 AM. The gate was wide open, and a security guard was at the guard shack. I told him I was delivering for EB International, and he directed me to park where the other truckers were sleeping. The office opens at 6:00 AM, but drivers start lining up around 5:30–5:45 AM to get checked in early. I arrived at 5:45 AM, with about 9 drivers ahead of me. I checked in, was assigned #10 on the list, and was told they’d call me. Important... read more
After reading other reviews I was worried about delivering here. I arrived around 2pm on a Wednesday for a 8am Thursday delivery appointment. Got checked in, got a door around 3:30pm and was empty by 5pm Wednesday. There is a $120 lumper fee...CASH or Comdata check. The reason for only 4 stars is the fact that the on-site washout guys leave before the docks/warehouse are done for the day. They do allow overnight parking, guard told me that they allow 48 hrs before charging.
Sunday!!! Sunday!!! Check in starts at 8am. Be in line by 7Am the lines are huge and eqch check takes like an hour per person. I was with the 12pm check in on the gps and thats wrong. Luckily they close till 5 and i was still able to check.
I think the entrance gates stay open 24/7 now. I drove in at 1am, got in line to check in at 5:05am. There were 5 people in front of me. Check-in window opened at about 6:09am. I've been here several times, sometimes you're out in 2-3hrs, sometimes you don't get out til 5 or 6pm in the afternoon 🤷♂️
Tight docks very busy
