I would give it zero stars if it was possible. I had a bulding installed 5/22/2025 They never installed the door header seals. The installers only put one door brackets on there should be 4. They also cut the overhead door latch holes so the doors dont close all the way. It was night and dark when they finished installing. I tried to look it over the best I could but I missed it till the next day. I contacted right away was promised it would be done by the end of June it is now end of July have contacted multiple times still... read more

Chana is the customer service rep I dealt with from the beginning. She was very responsive to all my requests. She provided me with the plans, the contract, and all necessary paperwork to submit to the town for approval and permits. There was a problem with our color choice so we made a different selection in order for the work to be done as scheduled. I bought 2 structures from this company. Customer service was very easy to deal with and very nice even when I had a problem, but the problem was never fixed. The first structure I had put the trusses started rusting not even a year after being put up. I was told that those pieces skipped a step in the factory before being sent to my place. I was told someone was going to come by for months on end all the whole being told the installer would call me next week. Sorry to admit that I did not search this company on the BBB before I gave them my money. I write this so that others may be forewarned. On September 17th 2024, I signed an agreement for Garage Buildings and EB Carports to build a garage rated for 125 MPH as per my request, and required by the town. I Paid a deposit to Garage Buildings of $2,725 and was promised that I would receive plans from EB Carports within 5 days suitable for submission to the town. Showed up at noon on Friday instead of between 7-10. Once unloaded didn’t have 3 hrs of daylight to start. Came back Saturday and worked hurriedly saying that they had to get back because his wife wanted him back. Also kept saying these take 2-3 days to put up. Left about 5 lbs of screws strewn all over the area and beyond after being told how important it was to pick them up because of trucks with expensive tires and plowing going on. .I just wanted to say how pleased we are with our new garage. When I started to do my research I was a little worried about some of the reviews from customers. But once I talked to Ron of ****** **** who is the local dealer I felt more relaxed and I chose to go with them and your company and apparently, I chose the right one. The process was 99%flawless. Showed up a day early but at 7pm. Started and finished next day.Two guys did not speak any English. They made a mess while contructing and Damage several panels. When paying the owner said he would not take a credit card. I screen shot his web page stating they accept CC. Not to mention the deposit was placed with a CC. Unprofessional company I'd look elswhere.

The communication with their customers is horrible. They showed up when they felt like it despite me telling them we needed a 24 to 48 hour notice. When I spoke to them on the phone ( my wife called me at work when they just showed up ) I asked them not to go on the property until I got home. Not only was that ignored but they helped themselves to the electric in my closed shed which is inside a gated yard. They proceeded to offload the equipment and start building process.
