Our A/C went out yesterday and we called EB Air at 4 pm and they were able to send a tech out within an hour. Justin arrived promptly and got us up and cooling shortly thereafter. Our heartfelt thanks to EB Air for their prompt response, a true testament to a family business
E.B. Air is the best company. This weekend, the control board on the compressor topped talking to the manufacturers thermostat. Instead of selling me a new board, Justin changed the settings so it could communicate with a basic thermostat. He looked out for me and saved me over $1k on parts alone. That's more than customer service; that's customer care.

My family and I left for vacation this morning and realized our AC wasn't cooling. Cullen with EB Air showed up within 20 minutes of my call, diagnosed the issue, changed my capacitor, cleaned coils, cleared condensation line, and immediately provided an invoice that matched my initial estimate.
