Eazylift has serviced our elevator before and we had a perfectly good experience. We reached out tonight on Saturday night of Labor Day Weekend for help as our elevator was broken and my mother requires one. Judy their dispatcher was extremely friendly and professional. She warned us that it would be expensive for a 5PM Saturday Labor Day call. As she was trying to find a tech to help us, she started walking me through how to trouble shoot it on my own.
