My experience was good was a nicer young Asian man taking care of me and was professional and respectful when I was there I think depending on the experience of employee probably some people would be working in different jobs or probably is necessary more workers to relieve the stress during the job was only one person working in the office and I got the results next day., working with people sometimes is stressful I see bad reviews about this office but if we treat the people nicely and with respect we get the same respect ... read more
Do not go here. They do not accept insurance, make you pay for either antigen or PCR, and make it impossible to get a reimbursement form for insurance claims. Their phone number? Doesn't work. Their e-mail? Unresponsive. Absolutely unhelpful. They do not care for you and they only want your money.
Don’t go here. Terrible customer service. They gave us misleading information about the test that we paid $150 for. Just not worth it. There are other places that are much better.
This is the first review I’ve ever posted for a business so it’s not something I do lightly but given the frustrating time I’ve had with these folks this week I think it’s warranted. I was exposed to Covid and had emerging symptoms at the beggining of the week and have a young son and partner at home who I was trying to protect by assessing my Covid status. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED A TIMELY TEST FOR A FLIGHT OR SOME EVENT. They said it was 24-48 hour guaranteed results and I called today past the 48 hour mark and they told me that my results may not be in until the following day at 6pm. I will be disputing this 150$ charge and telling everyone I know not to come here !
