Not a very pleasant experience when you walk in. The lady at the front had a miserable demeanour to me and was yelling at the children! So get this....My friend's child was asleep and the front person still insisted that the sleeping child was to be paid for. The child was asleep the entire 2 hours that we stayed there! Very unfortunate that the customer service is not good. Parents and children be aware - Very expensive and not very big. Rude front staff. Where has fair business practice gone? Five Stars! Easy Peasy Playroom in Milton is a MUST-visit for families! I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience at Easy Peasy Playroom.
