I was referred to EaZy Appliance by Frigidaire warranty department. I did not have a positive experience with them. My oven is broken, they diagnosed and ordered the part. The part is in and they cannot get a tech to my home to install it. They claim they only have 1 tech in the area. I think they needed to accommodate my install even if they had to send a tech from another area. Called another appliance company and process is much smoother. Sorry EaZy....not going to recommend you!

2 cancellations & 1 no-show!!! This is the company Frigidaire uses. Now I will spend another 2-hours trying to talk to someone at Frigidaire to try and schedule a different company.
