Phoned using the phone number from their web site and left a message asking for some eavestrough repairs. Didn't hear back, so 10 days later I called again, and this time got a real person. I explained, and he didn't seem to have any record of my initial call, and when he found out I was in Chatham, he said they were located in Brantford and didn't go farther than London. No explanation why the web site indicated they were located in Chatham, only about a kilometer from where I live. Not sure how to evaluate this business ot... read more
