I recently went to Eau salon ( first time) and received a haircut from Rachel. I arrived early and was not so pleasantly greeted by Rachel. Her comments to me were you’re 30 min early, I won’t be with you for about half hour. She did not offer me anything to drink. Rachel’s energy was very unpleasant and not welcoming.
