What makes Eau so special is how warm, welcoming, and thoughtful every SINGLE member of the staff is. It makes what is already a beautiful experience even more wonderful. Ethan, Ahmet, and Marcia at Polpo; John Siefert out front; and literally everyone we encountered! Thank you for taking care of us!

This is truly an amazing hotel, it captures the wonderful hospitality, relaxation, and glamour of West Palm Beach. Great views as well. They have a superb restaurant, Nobu, I recommend the rock shrimp 😋 and they have a house car that can take you around town where you need to go, Colby is a professional and kind driver. Thankyou!!!!

I did an extended stay here while work was being done on our home and it was wonderful! The staff made me feel right at home and they were very welcoming to my chihuahua Chulo. I was so impressed with Tim, the GM, who told me the story of the chihuahua, Yoda, that he had saved (and who lived at the resort at the time) who had arrived at the resort's front entrance needing help. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Eau Palm Beach: Where relaxation is mandatory and disappointment is impossible! I went to Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa expecting the usual “nice place,” but wow, they clearly set the bar so high that I’m now questioning every other vacation spot I’ve ever been to. The rooms?
