DO NOT TRUST them. I bought a johnson 150hp from them. They gave me a great deal and did great hooking it up. I took the motor back for a tune up a few times when needed. The last time I took it there I had my dad take it in because I was overseas. Right after he got it back the motor would not run. It was terrible. EG marine told my dad he needed to purchase a new fuel pump for $500 and $500 to install it. It sat for 3 years untouched. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Nothing but problems with this dealer trying to get warranty work done for my ETEC. They did my maintenance without authorization because they said if I didnt then I would void my warranty. Its been 3 weeks at the dealer and they never even ordered the relay that I needed to fix it in the first place!!!! But they sure as heck finished that maintenance!!!! Still not fixed and wont be for atleast another week!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I had to give it one star but deserve a zero
We've had our boat here to be repaired and bought parts for maintaince and will not go anywhere else they were honest which is very hard in these days and times.They did a great job and didn't rip us off. Will NOT go anywhere else. Great customer service!!!
Mr. Hi Matt, I suggest that you revisit this establishment. Perhaps the people you delt with in 2010 are no longer there, because the two guys I met were absolutely great. I had the opportunity to visit Eau Gallie Marine last week when a friend's boat needed repair. I had been in the store several times with my Grandfather as a young man some fifty years ago, but having moved away from the area in the seventies I had not been back since. BEWARE!!!! WARING,DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE AT YOR OWN RISK Charged me $42.52 for two parts they sell for about $4 each. After questioning the high price I was assured that this was the correct price and they even gave me a discount?? After personal confrontation later in store and phone call they refused to refund all the money. Then she had enough nerve to call me later and try to sell me more parts and then accused me of wanting "FREE PARTS" and insinuated that I was to stupid to understand "SIMPLE MATH".
