Extremely disappointed with the service at the EDS Water Tower. I own two units here, yet was treated with a complete lack of professionalism by the morning guard (I believe his name is Denis/Danis). I arrived around 10:00 AM after forgetting my keys, and instead of being helpful, he began arguing with me and trying to "lecture" me on building rules. Zoran Properties Inc has not addressed the constant smell of garbage emanating from the garbage chute. Any units near the chute can expect daily garbage smell in their unit. This has currently remained unadressed, and has made the unit unlivable.
**Terrible terrible terrible** management and board members. If hell and harassment is an option for you, welcome in the building.
Worst management I’ve ever seen! It’s been over three months just to fix a simple door issue in my unit, and no one has responded. Cold air keeps coming into my apartment, so I have to keep the heaters on all day. They don’t even check their emails! Absolutely terrible, I do not recommend living in this building.
