Senior staff with decades of blacktop & sealing experience know the importance of proper preparation and application. I have updated this review and given 4 stars instead of my original 1. The year following my not-so-great sealcoat job, the owner called me and offered to redo it for free. I am not sure if this was because of my initial emails or seeing my review. The second job was much better and they apparently switched to using a better product that adhered better. I had several quotes for driveway crack fill and seal. Eau Claire Sealcoat consistently delivered a professional detailed quote and performed the service on time. The quality of their work is very high. The cleaning of the driveway was performed meticulously, cracks were routed, the driveway again cleaned a second time. The crack fill was double-checked and even with the surface prepped for future snow removal. The sealcoating was manually applied around my concrete and at least triple coated for thickness.
