I ended up in the ER with a referral to be seen here. I called, and whoever I first spoke with was not pleasant at all. I waited a couple of days to get a call back, but that never happened so I called again and spoke with Jenny who was very friendly. I even took my paperwork in and handed it to Jenny personally (again, she is very friendly and caring); however, it's 3 weeks post my ER visit and I have yet to receive a call to schedule an appointment. I had been doctoring with some other clinic for many months and got no answers, and when I went to Tabetha Patrow NP at EC GI it only took approximately 20 minutes and she told me she thought I had an ulcer. I could not believe it. They treated me so wonderful. I have been so impressed with them and how they treat people. I got my ulcer taken care of fast and they treated me for what had caused the ulcer also. I contacted Ms Patrow on the portal a few times and received answers immediately. Dr Ruh took an open staple out of my son’s esophagus. He made my family and I feel comfortable and less worried. He removed the staple and my son was back to normal right after. Thanks Dr Ruh! Other doctors are wonderful too.
Helped a family member with an issue they’ve struggled with for years with professionalism and courteousness.
I had a procedure done in early November, I was never scheduled for any follow up. Here it is the end of December, early January, and I am in worse pain then I was before my procedure. I called to ask for help to which Heather told me to see my primary... The same person who sent me to them in the first place. I was able to schedule an appointment for the end of January. The receptionist was less then friendly as well. So frustrating 😫
