Policy undermines decency and common sense
Best utility company ever. Way better than xcel. I was in an awful situation where I was incarcerated and was 6 months behind on my bill. When I got released I immediately called them and they removed me from their disconnect list and helped me set up a payment plan. I’m all caught up now and super grateful that they didn’t shut my power off! Bless these people!
The absolute worst people. Try to make a payment plan before your electric gets shut off but good luck getting through to anyone. Plan on playing a bunch of phone tag and expect to never get in touch until its too late. They dont care if its 80+ degrees out and you have kids. Heartless. They dont care and could care less to help you orneork something out. Jenna is rude!!!!
