First, google maps took me to the Beauty ROOM and not the beauty bar. Once I realized I was in the wrong place, I drove to the correct place and started walking around. Literally SO difficult to find as it’s an unmarked door. (Pic for reference) Once I found it, the door was locked and no one answered when I knocked. I booked an appointment but when I got there, 10 minutes early, the doors were locked. I called and it ended immediately. Pretty sure they locked up and left before I got there. There is also no signage so it was hard to find.

Flannery is the only one I will ever trust to do my eyebrows! I’ve had bad experiences with other people in the past so I was very hesitant to try having someone do it again, but she exceeded all of my expectations. She always takes her time and pays close attention to detail. She also went out of her way to ask me about a booking that I accidentally made at the wrong time and worked to squeeze me in after my other appointment. I cannot recommend her enough!

Couldn't even FIND the place! Called, returned messages to the number that text me saying I was a 'no show' and then she was NOTHING but RUDE!! I even stopped into Grand Avenue Cafe and they sent me to a place on S Barstow. Well, we now know how they treat customers, I've already booked with them. Not a shady place that you can't find and then get super RUDE messages from.

I'll pay the $90 any day for the amount of relaxation I experienced here. Honest to God, it felt like a massage for my eyelashes. Fell asleep for an hour and felt like bliss. Can't wait to go back.
