This is very authentic, delicious Ethiopian food! The owner was so kind and came to our table multiple times to make sure our food was good and we were having a good experience. The lentil soup is the best I’ve ever had. We got two veggie combos for three people and we were stuffed. The owner also gave us an excellent description of the injera bread explaining its Teff gluten free, had fiber and protein, is fermented like sourdough, and is great for your gut’s micro biome. We drove over an hour and a half to eat here because we were excited to share this restaurant with a guest who was visiting from out of town. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the most disappointing dining experiences we've had. We arrived around 8:00–8:30 p.m. and, when our food finally came out, several of the orders were incorrect.
