After moving to the area, I was looking for a new vet for my cat and decided to give Eatonville Animal Hospital a try. I am glad I did. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the appointment was on time. The vet was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to discuss my cat's health in detail. Overall, it was a very nice experience.
I brought my dog 🐶 in for a check-up recently and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the veterinarian took the time to explain everything clearly. My dog was treated with so much care and patience, which really put me at ease. I am happy to have found a vet I can trust.
Based on our experiences, we ultimately came away feeling that this clinic was more focused on billing than on patient care or communication. The biggest example was a failed spay attempt. My dog experienced complications under anesthesia and the surgery was never completed. We were called to pick her up, but no one explained what had happened. Dr. Riz and Staff are amazing! They take such great care of my puppy Myles. I have been coming here since he was born! Would highly recommend!
I went for my puppies first vaccination and the staff and vet were all very friendly, helpful and understanding. We will be coming back for sure!
