This medical practice is a joke. Their arrogant ignorance is second to none. I made my appointment with Dr. Recho almost a month in advance. The doctor insisted I make her my PCP on the insurance policy prior to scheduling the appointment. I did it on the conference call with the doctor's office and the insurance company rep. So they scheduled the appointment. Day before the appointment they called me to confirm it. Dr. Recho is a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor with an excellent bedside manner. Her staff is friendly and supper sufficient. We know we are in good hands with this fantastic doctor and staff!
