Completely wasted our time. We called last night and told them the issue we were having with our water. Last night they assured us that they would be at our house first thing in the morning. They proceeded to somehow change their mind over the night to let us know that they don’t provide the service even though it was advertised and the technician said he’d be here first thing in the morning. Find someone who follows through on what they say they will do before you try this company.

Russell Miller was an amazing technician who went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. I was amazed at his attention to cleanliness as well as he did not leave trash or water anywhere throughout the whole installation.

My water main Had a small leak and they came out with a free estimate to check for the leak and when they couldn’t find it a free estimate for both trenching and boring. They were prompt on arriving and both Nathan and Russell were very meticulous and detailed in doing the job. I chose the trenching and they removed the sod and pulled the dirt back over the trench and replaced hand dug areas with sod and packed down the dirt with the ditch witch and manual tapping. They were flexible on how I wanted it Installed in my garage... read more
