Excellent customer service, Very responsive to texts, phone calls when needed. Just started renting from them, and they want to be sure you are satisfied with storage unit and location. They have done well above what we expected. I highly recommend, and cheaper than other places.
Very friendly and professional. The young man helped me he was so courteous and fast.
Exceptional experience getting the storage set up over the phone. Always calls back if they don't answer. The staff are Always friendly and willing to help with anything. The storage location I have is in a good area and well kept up. They are cheaper than most other storage places. There is no fencing or gate code protecting the storage in eatonton but it's really not needed given the safe area and very well protected by security cameras. And storage units are locked even when not rented. I would definitely consider renting... read more
