Always used a car wash at Chermside and thought they did an okay job. However visited Gogos Carwash today, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I drove in, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The wash itself was thorough, leaving my car spotless and shining like new. Great wash and service. Went above and beyond with a smile. Car had a lot of sand after a weekend at Moreton. No issues and cleaned spots that have been missed in the past.
Pre booked my car wash online days in advance. When I dropped my car off they advised it would take longer and we agreed on a pickup time. Two hours later I returned and was advised they’re running half hour late. But they were still washing another car and hadn’t started mine. Which means they were running 90 minutes late. They told me they sent me a msg to advise they’re running late. But the msg was only sent as I pulled into the car wash to collect my car. I regularly come here but they’ve just lost a customer.
Made my car look better than new :)
