If you think that you're going to get your carpets cleaned ,think again. We set up an estimate for 3:00 p.m. one day and not only did they not call saying they were running late but there was no call and there was nobody showing up. We waited until 4:00 p.m. . If this is how they do things, you can only imagine that your carpets are probably going to look as good as they do business! BUYER BEWARE. Most likely a fly by night company
Rob made my 15 year old pet stained carpet look and feel brand new. 2 mo later, no stains came back as had with previous companies. He was professional, yet friendly and prices very reasonable. JG
