I'm a repeat (happy) customer. Staff is so friendly and the perfect level of helpful, without any pressure to make a sale. The furniture is stylish and very good quality.
Mac and his team are great. Bought a couple power operated, reclining leather couches about a year ago. His guys delivered the couches into the house with no packaging or mess. One couch stopped reclining due to a pinched cable. They came out at no extra charge or fuss three times for two separate incidents. I’m sure that’s due to the couch’s one year warranty, but regardless, having someone local to come help troubleshoot issues with the couch has left us with a very good impression and positive customer experience. My wife and myself bought a couch and loveseat set about a month ago. We had a very easy buying experience and didn't feel pressured at all. We left with exactly what we were looking for at a good price with free delivery. We definitely recommend Eaton-Young!!
