The bad reviews are true. But when I finally was able to talk to someone, they helped. My husband’s apnea is severe and they wouldn’t call us back. After a rather nasty voicemail I left, they did finally reach out to us and Bridget was very helpful, she really was. So I am changing this - thank you Bridget - you did all I was asking for.
I had to call two weeks after a referral was sent in to make an appointment and then after having an at home study gad to call after a week to get results
