I have had no hot water for 16 days give or take. Maintenance reset water heater 4 times. Finally decided it was dead. Then a new one had to go up the chain to be approved. I believe this was day 11. Of course they have no back ups of any appliances on site. But instead of going locally and purchasing one (couldn't find one cheap enough!) They ordered one! Won't be here until the 5th!
