Worst experience ever at a medical clinic. Doctor thinks it is okay to be hours late calling for a phone appointment. Phone appointment should be like a in person appointment not done when she has nothing esle to do and many hours late. When I advocate for myself I was send a letter not to return. I was not planning on returning but needed to find another doctor before leaving as I am on medication. My doctor didn't even give me refills . I had to beg for a 1 month supply And I mean beg. Helpful receptionists and a doctor I have been waiting for since my last PCP retired a few years back. Dr. Z asked questions about my health history and what we would be working with, along the way. As well, City Place Medical Center is a 15 minute WALK from where I live. This is my new doctor's office👍

I have been calling for three weeks, leaving messages for Dr. Sutherland to call me back. My mother was in the hospital and they want us to contact the physician. She is unable to walk. It was a simple phone call and no one is returning our calls. I don’t think anyone in that office communicates. Also, he has diagnosed most of my family with arthritis. Turns out they’ve died from lung cancer and didn’t take the time to do proper tests. This is a medical system. They should have their license revoked.
