I had balloon 2 years ago number 39. He put sticky tape on and it keeps comes off . Now I ordered ballon number 41. He said sticky tape won't come off. I just wanted to tight it up with ribbon. Simple . What's the problem with it??? I paid for it and I want the ribbon to tight it up . And he was so rude !!!!!!!!
