HORRIBLE!!! I've worked for Eaton for a year now and the list in cons out weighs the pros... You may or may not get paid, there is no communication between management and assemblers. They always make excuses. There is never parts to build the product, yet you still get rushed to build products. Management does not care about its employees. If I could give this company a review, less than one star, I would. I try to avoid the drama but let’s just say that my husband has been trying to get parts that were never shipped for close to a year now. Currently exploring next steps to get someone – anyone to help us. Be warned before reaching out to this company for any kind of purchasing. Recently purchased several lighthouse pedals and could not be more pleased. Jorie was incredibly helpful. Planning on following up on additional supplies with Eaton in the future.
