The ever present -- on my Facebook page anyway -- and unfailingly clever Michael Eaton has been a friend for a long time. Had the pleasure of sitting next to him last night with some friends in Southlake. Michael's a brilliant lawyer -- complex tax, corporate, real state, business/finance stuff mostly.
