Dr Eaton and his staff are wonderful. They schedule an appointment when I need to be seen. They are friendly and professional. I haven’t had to have blocks in my back in years. I love and appreciate this group so much!!
Nope. Sent me to spend $200 on x-rays only to scold me when I had to reschedule my new patient appointment telling me that next time I move my appointment they will charge me. The only reason I had to reschedule my appointment is because I was told they were understaffed and my appointment would take two hours. I’m bringing my x-rays. The lady that took my urine specimen is not a doctor or nurse and if she was she has no right what so ever discussing my medical history or medications that I take with anyone. I will be discussing this with my lawyer. Plus she never sent my drug screen off. Also she was whispering about the patients that were behind me about how rude they were and they would just have to wait.
RUDE is best words to describe my visit . I have been here several times with no trouble . Today I can say I’ll never be back. I have a medical issue that doesn’t allow me to empty my bladder even though I have took several urine test that was a lot less .
Shout out to Dr. Eaton and his entire staff. This is one of the most accommodating and friendly office’s I have been to. Dr. Eaton took care of my problem and I left in much better shape than I came in. He was very thorough and professional. I would recommend anyone to visit here.
