We are family owned and operated with over 15 years experience in the fitness industry. Our main focus is, helping our clients gain both physical and mental strength. We currently offer small group and private training at our brand new private gym in Montgomery. If you're looking for a place to hang with friends then we are probably not the gym for you but if you're looking to get serious results, theirs nobody around who does it better.

Eaton Elite is a family run gym with great trainers and great attitudes! We've been a part of this team for about a year and a half. Our situation is different than most going into the gym. My son is literally learning to walk again following an auto accident a few years ago. Matt and Ashley work sooo hard to help with all of the aspects of his recovery. You are never just a dollar sign to them. They care and they help others, inside as well as outside of the gym. Thank y'all for EVERYTHING you do to help!
