Do not recommend they are so rough the numb stuff went down my throat and they didn't give me a option to go see a specialist I had to get out of the chair when they started to cut my tooth in half I am left in pain and agony thanks alot eaton dentist is the worst rather get put to sleep and my tooth taken out!! They then proceeded to take photos of my tooth for the archives because I bet you they haven't sent someone home like that. I do not recommend
Hubby visited the problem has been fixed and service excellent. Visited after seeing another local dentist a few days before where the pain was not resolved. Followed up here a few days later when the pain, which had increased was seen to. Thank you, Eaton Dental, for the great result.
The appointment for my 2x school aged children was at 10.30am. By 11am still sitting in reception waiting. I explained kids need to get to school and I need to get to work and had no other choice other than to leave. Appointment slots need to be managed much more professionally, it's not ok to leave people waiting for that long! If the practice have double booked their schedule or need to re-arrange for emergency visits then give people a call before hand to re-schedule rather then simply expecting patients with scheduled ap... read more
One of the smoothest experiences I’ve had from start to finish. Been 7 years since I went to the dentist and I really appreciated being told upfront, once Dr Tam knew what he would be doing, how much everything was going to cost. Although I have private health insurance and knew that would cover most of it, having a rough idea of what I was going to be out of pocket meant that I could just sit back, close my eyes and relax. Had a dental checkup and cleaning by dr. Ram yesterday, he’s accurate and very friendly + the result was meeting my expectations. highly recommend them ✅
