The appointment for my 2x school aged children was at 10.30am. By 11am still sitting in reception waiting. I explained kids need to get to school and I need to get to work and had no other choice other than to leave. Appointment slots need to be managed much more professionally, it's not ok to leave people waiting for that long! One of the smoothest experiences I’ve had from start to finish. Been 7 years since I went to the dentist and I really appreciated being told upfront, once Dr Tam knew what he would be doing, how much everything was going to cost. Although I have private health insurance and knew that would cover most of it, having a rough idea of what I was going to be out of pocket meant that I could just sit back, close my eyes and relax. Had a dental checkup and cleaning by dr. Ram yesterday, he’s accurate and very friendly + the result was meeting my expectations. highly recommend them ✅
I am a very very anxious patient and I had to attend for a filling. Dr Ram made me feel at ease and continually checked that I was feeling ok. The procedure was quick and painless. Happy to say I have booked again for more work that needs doing. Definitely recommend.
