Do not work for them. You aren't an employee or even a person. You're a replaceable cog. They have credit analysts working the jobs of 2-3 people so they can make money. Those employees are so burnt out that a lot left or are looking to leave. They give unrealistic expectations that no one can attain with the ridiculous workload. Then proceed to give poor reviews to those overworked employees so they don't have to give them much of a raise.
