TERRIBLE management. The property manager NEVER answers calls or returns them. Even when you leave voicemails or send multiple emails, NO reply. No sense of urgency especially when it comes to people’s money!! I have been trying to get my buyers’ deposit back after the contract was cancelled. The assistant always asks for a “callback number” knowing the manager Chelsa does not call anyone back regarding IMPORTANT matters.
