Customer service has really gone downhill of late. When they rewrote my policy a couple years back, unknown to me, they dropped a boat liabilty rider I always had through them... Not an insignificant issue. Now, Im trying to get them to quote an umbrella policy through my home and auto insurance provider and its been like pulling teeth to get this quote! Honestly, if I hadn't already pre paid my insurance for the year, Id be shopping for new Insurance agents.
Owners should review my insurance file covering 4 policies: Auto; Renters; Umbrella Liability; and Homeowners. I will pay all outstanding charges on my policies that I clearly am responsible for. However, I will only pay after I receive a detailed accounting of correct coverage days, related charges on properties that I own, etc.
