The most amazing pad Thai on the island. Chicken, shrimp, veggie or tofu. Carefully order your spice level. 1 for many 2 has quite a bit of zip, like a 7 in other scales. I have not dared 3 or above.Â
Chef MaiMai is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious and the airstream makes for fun atmosphere. Unique spot that is definitely worth repeat visits.Â
Bean sprouts spoil fast. Asian cabbage is used instead for pad Thai.Â
