I learned a lot from my first call with Kelly. I especially liked the eating with my body and my hunger not just eating because it is time to eat. I can’t wait for my next call with her.
Kelly has been working with my wife and I since may 28th 2025. We have learn so much from what to eat, when to eat and how it affects your body. Also what vitamins or supplements to take and when to take them. After 10 weeks we have seen great results. It isn’t a diet and it isn’t starvation! It is just eating smarter.
