Great space, Love the format and the hours. This place is super clean, the fitness area has a nice club like vibe. Cole is a great coach, he kept us motivated throughout the class. Jen at the front desk is a very sweet lady. She took care of signing me up and showed me how to row using the correct form before the class started. Eat The Frog is a wonderful gym run by genuine people. If you want to find a place to work out where you truly feel comfortable and welcome, this is the place to go! The workouts are dynamic, changing in activity level/intensity weekly.
Best gym I’ve been to in Charlotte. Very welcoming and great instructors that care. A bit pricey, but worth the value of a committed healthy lifestyle. 5-stars, kudos Eat the Frog Charlotte team.
