Food poisoning!
On 7-24-26 I ordered a whale of a fish dinner and another dinner. Came to $36.16. Got home the fish was sooo burnt it was not eatable. The onion rings were also burnt and not eatable. I spoke to someone from corporate, said she was sorry and would make it up to us. She sent me a $10 gift card. The fish dinner was $16.99. What a joke. What happened to the Eat N Park on McKnight Road? Horrible service from the lady who seats you and can't even smile to the disappointment in your meal.
First time eating at any ray and park and will not be back. Walked in for breakfast was not greeted I asked if I should seat my self and the hostess was quite rude and said hold on with her head down the whole time. She never even really looked at me. Sat down to order my Chai tea came and it looked horrible most was on the plate and running down the cup. While waiting for my meal. A strong smell of SEWAGE took over the restaurant. Went to the Fox Chaple location. Was seated and the waitress was Ashley. We placed our order and sat watching others families being seated while waiting for our food. After about 20 to 25 minutes the couple seated behind us that arrived about 10 minutes after we did, being served their food and Ashley advised that our food was up next.
